Cameron Diaz Shows Her Dark Side

In case you need a reminder that Cameron Diaz is gorgeous and kooky and cool, W magazine interviews the celeb about life and love and blah blah blah.

The interview is pretty standard-fare Cameron: She wanted to be a zoologist when she was a girl. She is “in love with life” right now. She parties so much during Vegas weekends, she doesn’t even need a hotel room.

But then Ms. Diaz goes to a little bit of a dark place, explaining she’s moved to New York because the L.A. paparazzi make life hell for celebs.

In New York, she says, "not everybody is there to be rich and famous or attach themselves to rich and famous people. People want nothing from you...I like to be in a place where I can be open to people and not worry about the consequences."

Then, seeing that her answer bums out the interviewer, she farts the “Star-Spangled Banner,” and all is right in the world again.

Diaz Deeply Appreciative of Support Following Dad s Death

Cameron Diaz is in mourning.

Production has halted on her current film, My Sister's Keeper, as the actress has cleared her schedule to regroup with her family following the loss of her father.

Emilio Diaz died Tuesday from complications due to pneumonia. He was 58.

"My mom, sister and I are deeply appreciative of the overwhelming outpouring of love and support during this difficult time for us and all of our family," the actress said in a statement through publicist Brad Cafarelli.

"My dad was loved by so many people and his humor and spirit will always live on in our hearts."

Diaz and sister Chimene huddled at their parents' home in Seal Beach, Calif., with other family members and a rotating group of friends.

A neighbor and family friend described Cameron as "distressed," and said that her mother, Billie, is in "deep mourning."

"Their privacy should be respected," added the friend, who asked not to be identified.

Meanwhile, sources tell E! News that Diaz, 35, has canceled an appearance at an Elton John-hosted party Wednesday night celebrating British GQ.

Diaz graces the cover of the latest issue.

Exes Mark the Soft Spot at Diaz Funeral

Cameron Diaz's exes were out in full force over the weekend, lending a shoulder (or three) in support of the grieving actress.

E! News has confirmed that Justin Timberlake, John Mayer and Kelly Slater were among the 80 mourners at a Sunday memorial held for Diaz's father, Emilio, who died last Tuesday at age 58 due to complications from pneumonia.

The trio arrived separately to the service, which began around 1:30 p.m., with Timberlake paying his respects for roughly two hours before leaving in a black limo. Mayer was present for a similar amount of time, leaving when the rest of the crowd began to disperse around 4 p.m.

The laid-back, life-celebrating memorial was held at Mahe, a sushi restaurant in Seal Beach, Calif.

The 35-year-old actress, flanked by her famous exes and other friends and family members, delivered an emotional tribute to her father.

Eschewing the typical funereal format, attendees paid tribute to the fun-loving Diaz patriarch by donning Hawaiian shirts, sunglasses and leis and delivering raucous toasts to his memory.

Even the setting fit the spirit: A white tent erected in the back of the restaurant with a taco truck and local pizza joint providing the food.

In lieu of flowers for the service, the Diaz family has requested that donations instead be made to the Surfrider Foundation or Reef Check, both organizations which protect and rehabilitate oceans and beaches around the world.

Cameron Diaz had sex with Kevin

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and Cameron Diaz are reportedly close to marrying -- she having decided she wants a baby with him.
Meanwhile, pregnant Britney Spears, Justin's former girlfriend, is reported pouring her troubles into his ear, including all the problems in her marriage to Kevin Federline. The pair (who've never gotten over each other) are said to have had a secret rendezvous, hastening Cameron's decision to tie the knot.

Spears is described as shattered by a report that husband Federline spent time with a hooker and a stripper doing drugs in a Las Vegas hotel.

Although neither woman says in their published account they had sex with Kevin, the story has stunned Britney, who's threatening to throw Kevin out if it happens again.

Friends and family are worried about Britney because she's lost seven lbs. in the fifth month of her pregnancy due to excessive morning sickness and poor sleep.
